解释没有提到C,D,E选项应该用现在完成时的问题。我想问一下，为什么exceed后要用 过去时而不是完成时呢？

笔记中说D选项不能用完成时应该用过去时，为什么呢？我觉得就应该用完成时啊，谢谢

前面用完成时 比较 后面用一般过去时
