1.result in the fact that表达不够简洁，GMAT语法有一个原则就是表达尽量简洁。

2.另外，fact属于实意词，不应该随意添加或者去掉。

3.causes的动作发出者是fact还是act，不明确。

4.原句中的 heavily barbed and staying where it is inserted是宾语，而C中改为了插入语，原句的中心结构发生了改变。
