也就是说这里在语法上 The Olympic Games 是 proclaiming的动作发出者 但是逻辑上应该是states 所

以OG才说 it is not clear who...

还想请问 是不是可以推测在大部分的句子里 原文的从主句间的逻辑关系一般是正确的 就像此题 只有for 才可以表现出因果关系 所以 就可以直接选择D。 只有在极少数情况下，原文的逻辑关系不正确。此时，在选项中均有相应连词或者转折词的变化。记得大全有一道这样的题目。选项中有although，while，but等不同的词。这个时侯。我们要判断原文的关系是否正确。

umm...不是, proclaiming的动作发出者應該是某人, 可是句子沒說是誰, 這也是為什麼correct choice D用了被動(因為不知道誰在proclaim)

根据OG解释in that （意思等于insomuch as）已经不用，所以用for代替；

根据OG解释for是连词，所以可以用句子1，for句子2。
