你说的结构也错了，应该是Just as A do, so B do.或者是Just as A do, so too.

可以这样省，首先would have made 和makes肯定不对称，所以ABC排除。

再看D和E, E有两个错误。第一，make sth as sth固定搭配。第二，which is啰嗦，而且如果用的话，前面要加逗号。
