as 后面的leader可以不加a 吗？ 为什么？


despite 是错了，可是，为什么错了，要改成什么呢？

as 后面的leader可以不加a 吗？ 为什么？acceptable!     i    have seen    "winner of ..." without "a/the", which is correct or acceptable. 全当是职位, 职称吧.


despite 是错了，可是，为什么错了，要改成什么呢？


===> "despite" is a preposition.         but the structure here is "sentence 1, sentence2", so, we need a conjuction between sentence 1 and sentence 2.         so, "despite" should    change into "thought/even though" by its meaning.
