不明白你说"前一题后面的不定式to省略了"具体指什么,我觉得这两道题考查的不是同样的知识点.第一题考查的是动词-ing限定性修饰宾语,没觉得省略了to,而第二题考查的是平行.

第一个题是require to 结构，to 要省略

第二个是either or结构，either 和or 后面要保持一致，所以to不省略

个人理解。。。。
