I agree with many of the posters here. The best idea is to explore all avenues at finding a job in the career you're interested in. For many the MBA is a way of getting at those opportunities and training yourself with the relevant skill-set. If you already have an MS in Finance, 1) you may not even need an MBA 2) adcoms are going to question why, after just two years of working in a non-related industry, you are coming back for a degree that is very similar to what you already have.
Perhaps you can try and network more with people in finance companies, and even suggest doing internships first? If you impress enough, they may then extend full offers to you. You may even want to consider doing such work for free to get a foot in the door.
