我覺得191和193中的兩個with后面跟的句子的作用不一樣：

191中,D  the economy of Britain, France, and Germany, with the unemployment rate that has remained ->with XXX that XXX 這里that引導的是一個定語從句，修飾unemployment rate.

而在193中，E. The honeybee’s stinger is heavily barbed and stays where it is inserted, with the result that the act of stinging  -> with the result that XXXXXX 是一個同位語從句，而不是一個修飾的從句。

with 的用法中，longman說：

with sb/sth doing sth
with that clause都是可行的。
但是with sth that XXX是否可以，修飾定語和同位語從句是否都可以呢？

請教大家！！

答案是E，怎么样，头脑晕了吧？反正我就把这两题当作特例了，说不定是ETS的typo呢。

我本来也是选D,不过后来觉得D错E对。D应该要把that has remained改为 having才对吧？伴随状语吧？我觉得和honeybee那题的with the result that有点不同。with the unployment rate that读上去好像不太完整，而with the result that感觉不会，有点像resulting that之类。

至于unemployment rate那个问题本来觉得没问题，还挺顺的，现在看着看着大家的讨论，又疑惑为什么不用those of the other three countries了

关于为什么前面用econ复数，后面用失业率单数好像可以这么想

如果用econ单数，可以引起两种歧义，第一种为DUTCH的经济与英国的经济，法国的经济，德国的经济比较，第二种为DUTCH的经济与英国的经济，法国，和 德国比较。所以表达不清

而失业率后面的 “the other three nations”是在一起的，所以不存在这个问题。

D错在economy没有用复数。economy作“经济”的意思是可数的。

问题就在于为什么后半句，同样是比较可数名词的unemployment rate要用单数that呢？

因为unemployment rate指的是dutch的，所以单数

顶这个，XDF小蓝上也有类似的题。用单数就是容易存在歧义

这个问题 E 也好理解  E中的that 指代 rate  不是 economy
可是D 错在哪呢  白勇语法里倒说了  with 独立主格 与主句形成 严密的逻辑关系
按照楼上的解释  经济增长快  和  失业率低 是没 什么逻辑关系
可关键是  考试中 如何在1分钟内 读题 排除 然后还要判断什么狗屁 逻辑关系
