if you wanna pursue a career in the industry, uiuc might be a terrific choice based on ur background~

if you wanna stay in academia such as going for a phd after after, all these four would be fine~ hr professors at osu (such as jay barney) are normally super nice in terms of helping graduate students prepare for an academia career~ professors at purdue are not productive in hr right now. they ain't help you shape academia contacts~ as for uiuc, you may ask sarah for details. she knows a lot~

btw, as you mentioned, the reputation of purdue would be invaluable for your job hunting back in taiwan~ traditions stand for the issue~
