一般MBA毕业后，如果去公司做Finance，职位应该是Senior Financial Analyst 或者 Finance Manager, 2年后，可能到Senior Finance Manager, 再过2年，混得好的应该是Director了。

我见到的中国人能够做到Finance Director基本上很少，而且也应该到了天花板了。Director的工资也就在13-20万之间，根据不同地域，行业和公司决定的。
