and with 完全没意义。
如果想正确，去掉and。 Europa has long been consider... with 60 square miles...。

所以A 不对。。。

前后两个with 感觉很平行啊，逻辑上都是Europa被认为太冷的依据
调换一下顺序可以理解成这样吧，完全说得通啊
