以下是引用天蝎座1107在2009-3-3 14:30:00的发言：我觉得这个题要看some和others描述的两种情况有没有"转折"意味。some和others只是the thirteen orginal Brititsh colonies的同位语，描述了这些colonies中一部分是什么情况，另一部分是什么情况，但并没有强调commercial ventures和religous havens是两种对立的情况，不需要加一个转折语气。就像在考虑...and...是否需要把and改成but。而且原文本来是some与others做colonies的同位语，为什么要改成with的独立主格结构?我觉得是忠实原句意思吧，改了结构，句子重心是有改变的。同位语大家地位是一样的，但是独立主格的短语那就是较次要地位了吧。 我记得prep320中经常有无故加了while和with的题，还有突然加了when的选项，未必是错误选项，但是每次都不好选。 很想开个新prep的讨论贴，大家一道一道题一起来讨论，不知大家意见如何? 顶～豁然开朗 190.
