刚刚面完Maryland (strategy),update一下.

面的还是比较郁闷的,问题其实没什么,但是,damn China Mobile! 信号真是烂到没话说,经常打到一半就什么都听不到了,害得我要beg your pardon...

anyway，运气好就好在，interviewer的一篇Administrative Science Quarterly上的forthcoming我恰好读过，由于是我做的方向，我又恰好对这篇文章有不同的认识，于是找到一个机会我就借题发挥大谈特谈，粗略统计一下，大概和他discuss了十分钟左右，而对方也同意我的argument. Anyway...

常规问题不算多，需要一定应变能力，感觉Professor问得比较随性的说...

questions:

why PhD

your longterm and short term careet goals

talk about your concentration (very detailed)

if there are some accidents or unexpected changes in your work, how can you deal with them? (examples)

Blahblahblah....(about his article)

how can you find co-authors or co-workers in your study

any other questions you want to ask
