the same question. I also applied the program and I just checked that the status is still under review.
Anyways, don't be sad. I am sure you will have an offer you like eventually.

回答说去http://www.utexas.edu/ogs/admissions/status.html查结果（但我在上面只找到了各个材料的接收状况，没有找到申请结果啊……）

还说最终决定会用信寄到permanent address里

哦，偶也是没收到任何消息的哇。也没收到平信的通知呀。
一般好像是录取会给Email，平信通知一般都是rej

I called and they told me my application is still under review. But we can get the decision by the end of the month.

So don't panic, we still get a chance
