不行的.such...that不是定语从句，that后面是跟句子，that不在后面那个句子里做任何承认.

        逗号+过去分词结尾
        过去分词修饰的是其前面的词
        这里就修饰了their loans错

B. of not paying back their loans on time, a group避免了A的错误

C. of not paying back their loans on time, with such a group这里with多余
        变成了独立主格
        然而后面的collectively known as 还是要修饰borrowers的
        用同位语更好
        我猜想这里GMAC用了such 是想让考生在没有读清楚known as的情况下误以为考such as 而错选

D. that they do not pay back their loans on time, record在这个意思下用record of 况且record又不是news, theory, anouncement等等需要用同位语从句来说明其内容

1、record of doing，固定搭配，其中of doing是record的具体内容，不能看作是定语，所以本题中of结构不能被that定语从句替代。

2、such的意思总的说来分三类：

（1）表程度深（如：such a beautiful flower）。

（2）这个，这样的。它与this的区别在于such指代的名词必须是前文提到过的（如：such as）或者就地定义（如：such that），this不用。

（3）such还表示部分指代或不精确指代（如：such as。He is not such a good guy.）。

另外，同位语结构要求尽量结构简洁，不能用such、such... that引导。

 I think that B is correct.

B. of not paying back their loans on time, a group 主观上没有不愿偿还loan

D. that they do not pay back their loans on time, 逻辑意思好像主观上不偿还loan， 我也赞成时态应该是  did not pay back..

 还有就是，a group, collectively known as the subprime lending market 并列

而  such a group 不能和the subprime lending market 并列。 习惯上我们用 such as ...  但这里的 as  是 属于 know as  的，  所以我想  such  是一个迷惑的陷阱。

感谢牛人解答，小弟一处不明，A项过去分词为何修饰前面的词（their loans），为何不是修饰主句的主语（the loan company）

求版主或好心人给个解答。

回楼上，这是个规则...现在分词可以是由主语主语发出，过去分词不行
