It is with regret that I must inform you that the University of Kansas, School of Business, will not be admitting students this year to our doctoral program. This action is being taken in response to budget reductions imposed on the University by the State of Kansas. This is a temporary action in response to the unique and extreme economic times that we find ourselves in both the private and public sectors. It is a particularly painful decision to make given the fact that there were many exceptional candidates in this year’s applicant pool. While we are suspending admissions this year, the faculty and staff of the School of Business are fully committed to the doctoral programs in business and we will resume admissions to the program next year.
