D的几个问题

1 and连接merge和power并列的话 逻辑意思上不太对 前面说核子融合是。。。的动力 后面说使原子核结合并且不分开应该是起解释作用 所以这里用ing形式做伴随状语 另外按照原文本来的意思 改为平行结构似乎也不妥 如果用and平行连接的话  D中的结构就是sth that powers。。and merges。。but does not split。。。 这样可以吗？ 好象应该是sth that powers。。，merges。。but does not split。。。 ？

2 后面的as is done也是问题  as什么 is done？这里的指代模糊

谢谢，我总觉得OG里面似乎很强调标点的用法，不知标点的用法会不会第一感觉提示就不是和power并列

我感觉应该先尊重A选项的逻辑意思 而且平行结构的选项其他错误比较明显

是不是D项和power并列就成了定语从句一部分，修饰the force。

如果是merging，那么句子就是Nuclear fusion is the force that-clause，插入语，as... 这样merging修饰的是Nuclear fusion。

D项的but does not是不是也有问题。not split them apart but merges the nuclei of atoms 才符合习惯啊

as is done也是错的。
