internaitonal experience不一定要在海外工作, 套句目前kellogg current student J先生說的"很多中國申請者沒有海外工作經驗, 更重要的是global mindset"

因我在一間leading的印度集團公司的印度跟中國工作, 所以觀察到一些兩國家企業全球化的問題, 所以我整個package很focus international, particularly indian/chinese biz, 因為我career goal就是international biz. 如果你之後要作的是china NGO, package強調international就不好了. 不過有過跟multinational team工作經驗的確是要強調的.

每個人的經驗可能都相同, 但是得到的inspiration就不同. 像很多chinese去過印度, 但是被這國家inspiring的人就不多; 每個人都作過volunteer, 但有人會立下之後就要走這條路的志願, 有些人卻不會.

Find out what really inspires you (and make you different) and make your past XP related to your "themes" in the entire essays - be consistent.

Hi,buddy,很久没联系了。恭喜！！  I think you deserve 牛校和美好的前途。 一起磕磕碰碰走过，后来我也慢慢知道和你比差什么。你知道自己有什么，要什么，而我（很多人也一样）并不知道。 今年的申请已经结束了，看着你写的经历，想着自己写essay的过程，真的深深的觉得你讲的话有道理。 其实每个人都是unique的，都是可以有他的passion，但是写essay的过程不是saling，而是与自己静静交流，产生火花的过程。 真的很羡慕你能越写越爽，我申请的可就是个痛苦了。 很想能有你一样的feeling,我现在可以去Maryland or USC的real estate master program, 但我不知道自己想要什么，申请结束之后也还是不知道自己是谁， 很想今年或明年，后年再去申请，也能像你一样有这么多感受。
