也许工作经验长的搞金融的都在北美招了，所以就在中国找些搞市场的小mm来平衡一下。

While I understand that most of those who have been admitted to Wharton that have posted on CD seem to fit a certain type, I have seen the list of Wharton admits from China, and rest assured, they are not all young females from industry or consulting. "Profile" matters a lot less than you think; I can assure you that at Wharton, we are spending a lot of time combing through essays to ensure that we admit an outstanding class!

It is more about how you present youself.

If you start as a IB then your goal is still IB, and what do you need a MBA?

no sense, so fail of course
