in which=when
GMAC prefers "in which" to "when".  可是不代表有when跟in which, when就錯
這題的考點不在in which跟when上...
- "what is/are now+地方"是一個常見的用法, LZ可以看一下prep跟OG都有這樣的用法.
- C的existed要跟in; where there were areas now temperate是一個roundabout way to express the idea...
- current是一個形容詞...不能修別外一個形容詞(temperate), 所以它mismodifies "areas"
- E的now可以看成修existed...

在白勇上的題, 99%都在OG(10/11)上...有官方的explanations...比我的非官方的explanations好....
