答案是D. 可理解

想問1   整句結構     hlyiis (S)...suggest(V) her(O) ， 倒裝句(= Her African heritage it not the least of which)

            但這樣 前句和倒裝句，兩句之間除了逗點，應加上連接詞ㄚ?這樣不會構成run-on嗎?

        2. not the least of which is her Afican heritage 的which指誰呢? heritage還是blending?

1. not the least of/each of which....之類其實是同位語
2. which是指influences
Her African heritage is not the least of her influences.

我觉得也可以视为非限定性定从，which指代influences.
not least of =not the least of = a phrase used when you are giving an important reason for something, or an important example of something 部分的;尤其(用于陈述重要理由或举出重要例子)
所以，最后翻译为，其中最重要的影响是她的非洲传统。

感觉最后这句的意思有点别扭，我觉得应该是“并不仅仅是她的非洲遗传影响”，请NN指正。
