You misunderstood my meaning. Not all the applicants actually are aware of the facts happened on them that they can explain to the admissions. All the excuses must be true. Different schools in China do have different policies of student's score. Especially for those who studied there ten years ago. At that time, the scores were messed and could not reflect the academic ability of the applicants.

Own opinion.
