答案是E，但是我不知道allow sth to be done这种结构是否允许？另外C错在哪里，allow允许接that。请指点。

allow是及物动词，可以+n.+to do,当表示像money啦货物啦等允许周转、运输时，因为money、货物逻辑上是要用被动的，是可以allow sth to be done 的

allow that 是可以的用法，但是后面不能加虚拟语气

而且allow that 表示承认

    allow sb. to do 表示允许 本体显然是允许
