on condition that有什么特殊用法么？省略would?

条件状语从句on condition that可以用原型动词表示虚拟语气。也可以根据需要使用一般现在时或一般过去时。如果后面接虚拟语气，那么应该接省略should的动词原形。

才发现，这道题在１３套ＧＷＤ和３１套ＧＷＤ上给的答案不一样，有选Ａ也有选Ｃ。到底应该选哪个呢？个人觉得那个虚拟语气比较有可能成为考点，但是平时真的从来没见过on condition that这样的。

求助啊！！

用虚拟和一般时态都是可以的。

这道题目选A，C里面spoke和are时态不搭配。
