这里的of one nation with another修饰relation。
而that illustrates what is wrong with alliances and treaties 修饰relation
do not have popular support修饰alliances and treaties

    我也想读MBA，8过，你的条件比我好，我这个研究生读完，只能搞研究，工作经历对我而言，是非常头疼的事情~~~~前途茫茫啊

   忘了说一句：如果你读MBA，现在考T没用吧，你还有一年毕业呢，MBA怎么也要2-3年的工作经历吧，还要能做出东西。我觉得你GMAT应该3年级考，这样可申请的时间要多点，毕竟好多学校不希望你的G放很长时间，越新鲜越好。至于T应该是准备申请前考。这样安排时间合理。现在放弃T，攻G。一点个人意见而已

我觉得这里的in就是这个意思，不知道能不能接受？

    如果alliances and treaties 并列，那么A，C排除，between。。。and用法不成立
    that肯定修饰relation，不可能修饰nation，所以排除D，E，主谓一致
