为什么Ｃ不对呢？我觉得Ｅ中could 和have the capability有重复之嫌啊！

我自觉感觉应该是E，C中首先那个able来得好突然，没有主语的引导，有点意思模糊，而G中最忌讳就是模糊和不清晰，而C中最大的错误应该是那个propel和help不一致，所以C肯定是错的。。。

至于E中的could与have～～～～没什么好重复的阿！！！

因为could在这里并不是can 或 be able to的意思

C 不平行很明显
