Got 26 in speaking finally. I need 26 at least. It is a shame for taking the test so many times. ETS is crazy. Guys, keep on trying your best and you will do it finally because the score does not only depend on your ability but also depend on raters. I failed too many times with speaking getting scores only about 22, 23, 24 even in the first test without any preparation. I had bad feeling this time but got the needed speaking score. Do not know why.  It is only a matter of luck I think.
