submitted the application in mid-OCT, got the interview invitation in early NOV, completed it on 17/11 but received the rejection 3 days later (so efficient). my hopes are now washington u (olin), indiana (kelley) and rice (jones), who else are applying these schools as well? let's share!

Seems this year is a scary year, and next year may be even worse.  Washington university recent sent email to faculty, students, alumni that the school is on the edge of running out of money. Not sure whether school can bankrupt or not.
