今天上午刚和一个二年级学生phone interview。一周前收到的通知，让12月1日前必须完成。

不过根据他们网页上的信息，大概有5％左右的学生是没有面试直接录取的。

不要担心，还有时间，面试通知应该还没有发完呢～

just read from BW forum. It seems that the R1 admission has come to an end.

"I called up Duke admissions office today. They told me that no more interviews calls are expected for R1 applicants. She was insisting that they have admitted candidates in the past without an interview but I am really unsure how that would pan out."
