1. people! Fun people and people genuinely care and help each other.
2. Opportunities. Career opportunities (no need to say more) as well as opportunities to develop yourself the way you want (curriculum flexibility) and opportunities to build up your networks (great people).
3. Resources. With great opportunities, there are also great resources to support you! Great resources in terms of hardware (great facilities, 见照片) and softwares. 还是那句话:people genuinely care and help each other here.
hmmm...怎么越说越像是在banking的interview ..... great people, opportunities ... hoho
Since we're recommending classes, here are two classes I ABSOLUTELY LOVED when I was at UChicago as an undergrad only recently:
Entrepreneurship (Waverly Deutsche)
Financial Accounting (Roman Weil)
The two best classes of my life in hyde park! Couldn't get into Commercialising Innovation..
BTW Harper Centre is nice, but I really adore Gleacher Centre (also, as you might be able to tell, I may be studying somewhere else now, but my heart is still very much with UChicago!)
我们有west quest专门target在加州的high tech companies,有很著名的polsky center targeting start-up, entrepreneurship, private equity和venture capital,有很多关于high tech management的课程,还有很多student led groups targeting high tech
