请教各位一个关于hardcopy成绩单寄送的问题：

在how to apply里看到了这样一段话，是不是在线申请submit了之后，必须要邮寄成绩单？其他的学校似乎都没有这种要求阿?

In addition to your submitted online application, your application file will not be considered complete until we receive these additional documents:
Official transcripts from all previous post-secondary education. This includes both completed and incomplete studies at both U.S. and non-U.S. institutions. 。。。 Transcripts must arrive in sealed envelopes from the college or university. They should be sent directly to the mailing address noted below.
Once all required materials have been received, our office will contact you to schedule a personal interview.

Hi xx,

We will no longer be using the transcript template.  You may upload your transcript in the appropriate section of the online application.  You are also welcome to send us the official copy of your transcript.  Official transcript are only required once an applicant has received admission.  The transcript request form is not required.

Btw, I feel it is not very professional for Johnson to send out contradictory messages in the application instructions and FAQs.  Is this an intentional tactic or just a small bug?

他家的 TOFEL waiver 要求是

Exceptions: 1) Those who hold a four-year undergraduate degree (and completed all four years) from a university in which the curriculum is taught exclusively in English in a country which has English as an official language are exempt from taking the test; and 2) those who have been working full time in a country whose native language is English for the past consecutive three or more years may request a waiver from taking the test by contacting the admissions office.

是不是说，比如在香港读了本科，但由于香港的官方语言不是英语，所以还是要考tofel?

问过，说即使填no也没影响。不过我还是清楚这题的用意是什么。。。。
