A.pay的修饰对象有歧义，可以作为后置定语修饰law，law paying...显然是不对的。pay也可以作为状语修饰动词boycotted 或者protest, 但逻辑意思也显然不对。

B.for which 引导状语从句，但此从句没有主语。

C.previously要用adj.  插入语把逻辑流打乱。因为插入语完全可以后置而不产生歧义。
