I dunno much about how law schools work in China, but here are some info: - If you wanna go to Hong Kong to practice law, then I think the undergraduate law degree you get from China will allow you to apply for PCLL in Hong Kong. This is a 1 year program that you must take to practice law in Hong Kong. After that you will do some shadowing before you can actually practice law in Hong Kong
- If you wanna study JD in US, then I think any undergraduate degree including 國內法學本科 will be o.k. I dont think you need to double major. I dont recommend you 轉專業 because at some schools it is easier to get into an LLM program if you have prior law experiences.
- In addition to thinking about education, if you wanna stay in US to practice law then you have to also consider your working status in the States. A lot of international students find it very hard to find a job in the US and I think that ABA has some restrictions for international students too...anyway, just some thoughts.....
