HBS Recommender requirements???

Some schools specify the requirements for recommenders, such as direct supervisor, no peers etc.

Has anyone found the recommender requirements for HBS?  I cannot find it.   

I'm really wondering which one I should pick as my 3rd recommender?  I work in company A, and my 1st one is my current manager (high position) in A, and 2nd one is my previous manager (left A).

options for 3rd one:

1) my previous manager (now director level), still in A, but in different teams.  He should give me good review, but I don't know what he's gonna write about.

2) a senior person in a different team, but he's more peer level. He can write me a strong recommendation. 

Which one should I pick for HBS? And, please share if you find any info about recommender requirements for HBS. Thanks!!
