Hello! I am the student of class 2009. I could respond you based on what I've experienced so far.
1. It's all depends on how much you want to improve your english. You can always find out the opportunity to speak out in your team meeting and in the class as well as to hand out with native speakers. When you are there in IESE, you will find out most of the students have strong international experience across different continents. They grow up in the environment with more culture mixed so they are forced to pick up several languages, english is the one that they always good at.
2. Have to admit that language is really a key consideration for your job hunting, especially for consulting and marketing related works. So I personally got the interview opportunity from Frankfurt, Dubai, and London, all were english speaking environments. In terms of other Chinese students' internship, 3 work in London, 2 in Barcelona, 1 in Singapore/HK/TPE and 1 in Shanghai. At the same time, some job openings are OK with people speaking no local language as well but you need to sort it out through the career service. Agree with you that North Europe is another possible place to work at. I participated one Media company on-campus presentation last term and it recruited people speaking english only. IESE truly has diversified its recruitment connections so students are evenly distributed to consulting, financial service and industry and career service is now paying more efforts to directly communicate with MNC asia branches or offices to open up the job market there for students.
No matter what decision you take, there is always some risks. Try to structure your personal and career goal so you could pin down which MBA program could benefit you most.
