今天开始做了XDF，发现几道问题很难理解，恳请各位XDJM给予指点~

1 专题讲解四的3题 for many travelers,charter vacations often turn out to cost considerably more than they originally seemed.

这个句子我怎么觉得有点别扭，they前面不用加what么？

这道题的E为什么不对呢，句型不是有Just as…，so……；或者 Just as……，句子。这两个是不是都可以，还是说如果两者同时出现的时候，应该选前面那一个呢？
