请问为什么A中的it在“语法”上指代budget呢?

我选A,答案是B,demand只有是动词引导宾从,后面才是BE啊,这里demand是名词吧,reflects应该是动词和宾从的引导者,也要符合(should) be规则?
A中的it是否错在语法上指代budget,但逻辑上应指代money? 还有D项中除了虚拟语气的问题,就是把are变成be,那会不会比B好了?主动优于被动嘛 呵呵 -- by 会员 hlp1222 (2009/7/26 23:29:00)
