答案E，为什么不能选D呢？

想用from...to 的话，应该把from 至于to的前面，from A to B, 你不觉得用 to B from A结构很不符合表达习惯嘛

两个表达的意思是一样的，都想表达，从14天缩短至7天，应该没有任何意思差别

可能现在是20天，可以改成14天，但最后改成7天了～

选了7而不是14，不代表从14到7

gmat考试选的是最优，肯定选e了，d感觉很别扭，哪个from 。。to。。

再说原文有rather than,尽量不要改变原文的结构和意思

- lessen用在一些abstract的東東上
- shorten用在一些quantitative的東東上
