请教下c是什么意思啊?~~~~后面的on pain of death又算作什么成分呢?~~~~疑惑的说~~~~
而且b, 除了白勇说的without any permission 太口语, 我觉得意思挺正确的啊~~~~ "没有permission的人只有承受死亡的代价时才能进入到紫禁城" ~~~~

without 和permission之间不能用any，所以选C。

我觉得C加上后面的on pain of death读着怪怪的。。。on pain of death在这句话里算什么成分呢？～～

B中a commoner and foreigner 的表达是明显的错误
