Congrats!  You should be very happy.

Would you like to elaborate on how you "exploited" your pros and cons?  Did you do that through out your essays? 

I am working on the essays for Oct 1st deadline.  The word limit is very tight, only 500 words for career goals and why Insead.  If I through in too many details, I'll either go beyond the word limit or leave out some of my attributes.  How did you get through that?

In addition, do you still remember which are some of the questions you were asked during the interview?  What are the tough ones?  and how did you prepare for the interview?  Thanks!

I do think regarding word limit, 10% float is ok, as no one will count on the exact words.But be concise,focused.

The interview questions are quite open.Be yourself and think over your experiences.Some follow-up questions will be asked, so no trick.

I do not recommend to apply in the 3rd round.Why not try the 1st round of July,2009 intake?

Yes, I AM preparing for the 1st round of July intake.

So unlike some other schools, INSEAD's interviewer actually reads applicant's essays before the interview?

Typically, INSEAD does not require you to show essays to Alumni before interview.But if you would like your interviewer to know you better before interview,you could choose to do so.
