答案是A我没有问题，关键是C，我排出C的理由是A比C简洁，但是大全对C的结论是 C confusedly refers to the climatic shifts themselves as being unable when it is really people who are unable at first to distinguish climatic shifts。 我不知道这句话到底什么意思，请帮我解释下。

这句话翻译过来是 “天气变化无法被辨别。。。”  没觉得confused啊

是不是因为unable，able都是指人的能力方面的 所以不能说swifts unable。。。  是这样子吗？

BE ABLE/UNABLE TO后再任何情况下不能接被动语态， 但CAN可以。  BE ABLE TO本身就有主动的意思

unable是指能力，带有主观色彩，没有生命的物体应该用cannot吧。
个人拙见。呵呵也是做这一题错了，刚好搜到这个老帖子
