computers are becoming fasters, more powerful, and more reliable, and moderns are so too这是正常的语序，但为了让the devices 以及后面的部分直接做moderns的同位语，所以倒装。整个句子是computers...and mordens...的平行结构。

also通常用于肯定句和疑问句中，其位置一般用在to be之后，其它动词之前， 明显这里用also位置不对，而且究其意思有重叠，also和so连用也不对。

2.E选项 ,which非限定功能和同位语所表达范围是否不一样

2. 非限定性定从是起修饰功能的，作句子成分；同位语顾名思义，“同位”不存在谁修饰谁的问题，它起解释的功能，不参与句子成分

就这题，the devices。。是对modems的解释，E选项的which虽然修饰的也是devices，但逻辑意思上说不通

1.3 allow对devices是起修饰作用的，所以用allowing或that allow说明这是“可以使几台电脑共享information的设备”

devices to allow就不是修饰了，devices成了施动者，而设备怎么可能施动呢。。？
