'rice protein contains wheat'是什么意思呀？

我想是这个意思吧：

C.the protein in rice is higher in quality than it is in (wheat)
D.rice protein is higher in quality than it is in (wheat)

这两个选项中，in quality 和in (wheat)对应，比较的是wheat 和 quality,说.the protein in rice 在quanlity 方面比在 wheat方面 强。所以，就意味着，wheat和quality同是rice protein的一部分。
