国外读的MASTER对申请MBA有帮助吗

国内工科背景，外企500强技术工作5年，出国读了master（GPA3.8），目前国外工作中。请问国外的master学位对申请MBA有帮助吗？

另外看到有些学校对于托福的要求，不是在国外读的本科就需要，请问国外读了master算吗？
