I think it's too early for you to think about MBA. Good schools require work experience. Let's just say you apply with 2 years' experience, that still puts you 3 years from now. Maybe while working, you realize you don't need/want MBA or have completely different career goals. As for GPA, you have obviously shown improving results, which will be seen as a positive. Besides, CFA exams are very difficult. The admission won't question your intelligence, but may question why you want an MBA since you are a hard core finance person, especially without work experience to demonstrate otherwise.
