[求助]根据8月KFC中的AI随手写了一篇,请NN们拍砖!帮我看看这种水准能不能有4分啊。。

[求助]根据8月KFC中的AI随手写了一篇,请NN们拍砖!帮我看看这种水准能不能有4分啊。。

刚开始看作文每多久,始终掌握不好AI的模版.其实,也就是不知道到底用哪个模版,怎么用怎么不顺手。。。

对于骑墙的观点感觉也不好掌握,自己写着写着就感觉意见偏反对了。。难道是因为反对意见的那段最靠近结尾???=。=

Anyway, 请大家帮忙看一下。能不能拿到4分阿。。。我的要求好低啊。。。

In the passage above, the author assumes that a company’s long-term success is primarily dependent on the job satisfaction and the job security felt by the company’s employees.  To some extend, I agree with author’s point of view that the job satisfaction and the job security felt by the company’s employees are very important in determining a company’s long-term success.  However, the author unnecessarily extends the issue to an irreversible situation while overlooks other crucial factors that may affect this issue.  On balance, my opinion is that the issue should be considered on a more comprehensive basis. Deep analysis as discussed below.

On one hand, I would like to admit that this statement, although has some obvious drawbacks, has some merits in some cases.  If employees feel they are safe when working, they will be no more anxious when in the office.  Besides this,  they may also feel that they are cared by their employer.  Thus, they might be work much harder to respond this care.  Furthermore, job satisfaction also do great job in improving employees’ working performances.  They will feel they are useful and important to the corporation.  When they are satisfied with their jobs, it is more likely that they will try to make even greater efforts to strengthen this satisfaction.  All their efforts will finally help the company to reach its long-term success.

On the other hand, I have to point out that the author fails to consider other crucial factors that might also have great impact on this issue.  It is clear that only with intelligent and diligent employees might not enough for a company to earn its comparative advantages.  For example, efficient organization function, strong financial background, powerful market impact, all of these will no doubt influence the company’s goal of reaching its long-term success.

To sum up, this issue is a complex one. There is no easy answer to this situation. Different people may have different kinds of views. According  to me, the job satisfaction and the job security felt by the company’s employees are very crutial for the company to reach its long-term goal while there must be some other important factors that have the same impact on this issue.

我就用的shmilyqiqi的那个6分作文模版的开头段自己修改的
