according to 是介词结构，不是 participle phrase，根本没有什么所谓“逻辑主语”。（去 dictionary.com 查 according to 就知道这个词组是介词了。）写 Prep 解释的人，看到了 according to 里面的 ing，就以为是 participle phrase，结果就犯了这个弥天大错。
