但是我有几个疑问

1. 答案B的格式是once A was done and B had been done，形式不是不对称了么？而且有什么理由B会发生在A之前？

2.白勇书的第13页关于省略句也有说明：‘两个句子并列，第一个句子含be动词或者become，第二个句子中的be动词或者become必须省略，同时，一些重复的名词或者形容词也必须省略’,而且他下面用的例子也正好就是本题，那个例子上写的是C选项的。

是书上的答案写错了还是怎么回事？
