one引导的那个句子到底是什么成分呢？名词短语组成同位语吗？

one在这里为什么不能跟that呢？它相当于what吗？

one在句子中充当宾语吗？那么说起来跟what引导从句很像了？

(B)  that they believe it to be 这里的that多余,it 多余
