不管a group of用什么 that include 和is并列总要单复数相同

请问这里(B)及(C)的and is是跟主语平行或是逗号后的面的a group平行，如果是跟a group平行是不是应该要再加上that避免平行岐义?? 又如果是跟主语平行and前面是否需加上逗号代表中间的a group是插入结构作补充说明呢??

我认为
            ：

1，that 前的birds是复数，后面的include也应该是复数才对？！

2，而且a group of也是代表“好几个人组成的”意思，也应该用复数啊？

同意，而且，如果that引起定语从句，修饰birds，那么后面的话逻辑不通：鸟类包含230多种；that修饰a group of birds，后面逻辑上能说通。
